Day 1 – Arrival in Marrakech
To start this exclusive trip to desert Morocco we will depart from our parts of the world to go to Marrakech and embark on an exotic, exclusive and different adventure. From the most famous cities to the inhospitable desert dunes, we will enjoy an unforgettable experience on this private trip.

Day 2 – Marrakech
Once we have regained our strength after a refreshing night in our accommodation, we will have breakfast and continue our tour of the imperial city of Marrakech. We will take a private tour of the city in the company of a local guide, we will know the most surprising corners of its historic Medina and discover the traditions and customs of the country.

Did you know that…
- The origin of the market of the Jamaa el Fna square in Marrakech has an unknown origin. Some argue that the name may be an ancient neologism meaning “assembly of the dead”.
- The city is divided into two main areas, the older one also known as La Medina and the modern one called Guéliz.
- The name Marrakech or Marrakesh, means in Berber language “land of God”. The city is located at the intersection between the desert and the snow-capped peaks of the Atlas Mountains.
Tips for traveling to Marrakech
Day 3 – Marrakech
We will wake up a new day in Marrakech in this trip to desert Morocco, available for those activities that you can not miss: you will have free time to get lost in the Medina and buy all kinds of souvenirs, or do full day activities and excursions that will be offered at destination.

Day 4 – Marrakech – Dades Gorges
After spending the night in Marrakech and seeing its famous Medina, we will continue our tour of Morocco towards the adventure of discovering one of the most imposing places that nature offers us in Morocco – the Dades Gorges.
Also at noon we will stop at the Ksar of Ait Ben Hadu where famous movies like Star Wars were filmed and we will have time to visit it and have lunch on the way.

The Todra River has formed a gorge of vertical walls of enormous proportions and great beauty: walking among this wonder of nature will make you feel very small. We will spend this night of this trip to desert Morocco in the surroundings of the canyon and we will regain strength to make the most of the next day: we are almost in the desert!
Day 5 – Dades Gorges – Merzouga Dunes
Come on, stand up! It’s time to go to the desert!
In the morning we will continue our trip to Morocco desert in private and we will head to the south of Morocco to Rissani, and we will be amazed to admire the dunes of Erg Chebbi, the highest dunes of Morocco. When the sun goes down we will meet the friendly dromedary friends, and we will start our caravan to the Haimas camp (1h30 approximately) enjoying the play of shadows generated by the sunset between the dunes. Here we will have a huge dinner and enjoy the animation of our Berber friends… or if the party does not go with you you can enjoy a romantic night under the stars of the Sahara!

Day 6 – Merzouga Dunes
This day of the exclusive trip to Morocco will be spent in the desert staying in a beautiful hotel where we can enjoy multiple optional activities.

Did you know that…
- On one of the borders of the Sahara, in Mauritania, there is a beach in Nouadhibou Bay where the largest ship graveyard in the world is located in the desert. It is a place where old ships are stranded on the ground.
- In the dunes of Ihhan Ubari, in Libya, there are about 15 saltwater lakes, including the largest called Mandara.
- Desert temperatures are very extreme. More than 40 degrees during the day and below zero at night.
Day 7 – Merzouga Dunes – Fez
Today in our wonderful and exclusive trip to Morocco desert, after a delicious breakfast, we will head to Fez, the cultural capital of Morocco, as it is home to the most famous university.
We will visit Fez with an official guide, to get lost in its 8000 streets of its labyrinthine Medina, we will pass by the Koranic school, the leather dyers and its markets full of smells and colors.

- Fez and Morocco in general are the world’s leading importers of green tea.
- Polygamy in Morocco represents only 0.31% of marriages in Morocco, against all odds.
- Al Qarawiyyin University located in Fez is the oldest university in the world still in operation.
Day 8 – Fez – Chefchaouen
After breakfast we will drive through different rural areas, where we will see hills full of olive and fruit trees. We will also visit the holy city of Moulay Idriss and the Roman ruins of Volubilis. Then we will continue to the city of Chefcaouen, where we will arrive in the afternoon.

Day 9 – Chefchaouen
After sleeping in the blue village, we enjoy a guided tour of Chefchaouen fascinating us with its magical streets.
Then we will have time to wander freely through its streets and, of course, capture thousands of pictures to keep forever in our memory!
In the evening after the visit we will return to our accommodation to have a refreshing sleep before continuing our exclusive adventure in Morocco.

Day 10 – Chefchaouen – Tangier
After sleeping in Chefchoauen, we will continue our trip to desert Morocco northwards to Tangier.
Tangier is known for being the largest city in North Africa. Almost all of its inhabitants speak Spanish due to its proximity to the Iberian Peninsula. It is currently the second economic center of Morocco, so it has many industries that attract people to the city and keep it growing.
Here we will spend our last night before ending this wonderful private tour of Morocco, unfortunately… all good things must come to an end, no matter how much it pains us!

Day 11 – Tangier – Airport
After spending our last night in Morocco on this trip to Morocco desert, we will arrive at the airport at the agreed time to return to our places of origin. Surely after so many days knowing such an intense country we will want to rest to be able to plan the next adventure, but the memories and adventures lived will always be with us!
