Day 1 – Giza
Start your trip to Egypt. Pick up at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Welcome dinner included at the hotel. Start your trip to Egypt.
Day 2 – Giza – Abu Simbel
Visit the pyramids and the sphinx. Lunch included. Flight included to Aswan. We will travel by bus to Abu Simbel to visit this monument and live the magical experience of the sound and light show. Overnight and dinner at the hotel in Abu Simbel.
Day 3 – Abu Simbel – Aswan
We will travel back to Aswan. We will board the cruise ship that will be our accommodation for the next few days. We will visit the Nubian village.
Day 4 – Aswan – Kom Ombo – Edfu.
New day! In the morning, start the navigation. We will visit the Temple of Kom Ombo. Later departure to Edfu.
Day 5 – Edfu – Esna – Luxor.
Today we will visit the Temple of Edfu. We will sail to Luxor crossing the Esna lock. We will arrive in Luxor in the afternoon and visit Karnak Temple and Luxor.
Day 6 – Luxor – Cairo
Optional: Balloon flight. We will visit the Necropolis of Thebes with the Valley of the Kings (tombs of the main Pharaohs) Visit the temple of Queen Hatshepsut in Deir el Bahari. Visit Medinet Habu. We will visit the Colossi of Memnon, two impressive statues of Amenophis II. After the visit, transfer to the airport for an included flight to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel.
Day 7 – Cairo
Visit the Coptic Quarter and its Mosque, Khan El-Khalili Bazaar and the Museum of Antiquities. Lunch included at Abu El Sid restaurant. Transfer to the hotel. As a farewell activity we will enjoy a dinner show on a boat on the Nile included.
Day 8 – Cairo
And so ends this incredible adventure in Egypt. Transfer to Cairo airport and end of our services. Don’t you want to go back home? We continue the adventure in Jordan, will you join us?

The rooms for this trip to Egypt are double/twin. The cities where we will sleep may vary depending on the availability of the accommodations, but this does not imply a major change in the course of the program. Unitrips reserves the right to book in nearby cities in case of non-availability.
