Day 1 – Vienna
We start our Oktobertour in Vienna!
We will check-in at our accommodation and then we will go to explore this fantastic city that will leave you enchanted as Vienna has so much to offer. You will visit the Belvedere Palace (where you can admire Klimt’s “The Kiss”), you will see the tree of hearts at the Maria-Theresien-Platz. This square is always lively because you will find a lot of people in the center of the city.

- Vienna was the cultural capital of the 19th century. The Habsburgs financed all kinds of artists, and that is why their Opera House is one of the most famous in the world.
- Vienna was fortunate to emerge from Russian hegemony in 1955 and become a neutral country. That is why Austria today is a much richer and more developed country than its neighbors.
- Take a look at the traffic lights in the city, and you will notice something very curious.
Day 2 – Vienna
Guten morgen!
Today on this Eastern Europe tour we will have to wake up early to make the most of the day.
You will have the opportunity to choose whether to join an optional bus tour of Vienna or to walk through the center on this part of our Europe for young people tour.
On the bus you will be able to visit all the main sights of Vienna, from the Prater and the old lady the Ferris wheel, to the Danube, and then along the Ringstrasse, admiring its beautiful 19th century monuments.
Beer is a must on this Oktobertour! We will go to a brewery called Brauhof Wien – Restaurant – Biergarten & Brauerei where we can drink German beer and eat a “Wiener Schnitzel”, the famous steak of Vienna.

Day 3 – Vienna – Prague
After breakfast we will leave in the direction of Prague.

Another day, another country, another language, another currency on our trip to Eastern Europe. You will be lucky enough to get to know the Florence of Bohemia, Cesky Krumlov, a charming town that only with Unitrips you can get to know.
From here we will continue our European adventure heading north to the golden city, Prague, where you will be seduced by the elegant narrow streets of its historic center and the dazzling castle.
Today we offer you the opportunity, during this trip to Eastern Europe, to visit another jewel of the Czech Republic: Kutna Hora. World Heritage City, for its historic center and its peculiar bone church, located in the town’s cemetery.

Day 4 – Prague
Still have energy? Then you still have to discover the New Town, also of medieval origin, and the old Jewish Quarter.
Before enjoying the party in Stuttgart, wrap up warm and enjoy a stroll through the Old Town… We will take you through the Wenceslas Square, universally known for being the scene of the “Prague Spring”, to discover the most famous astronomical clock in the world and crossing the Vltava River over the Charles Bridge, knowing one by one the 30 famous baroque sculptures, we will arrive at the foot of the largest castle in the world, where he was living a world reference of literature: Kafka.

- One of the most important jewels of the city of Kutna Hora are the religious temples which are considered among the best churches in the Czech Republic, that is why, knowing them will be something you can not miss.
- Kutna Hora has a macabre touch, since it is nothing more and nothing less than a church built and decorated with the bones of 40,000 people who
wanted to be buried there.
Day 5 – Prague – Stuttgart
After packing our bags and enjoying breakfast, we will get back on the bus and continue our Oktober autumn tour… This time in the direction of: Stuttgart!
The city is one of the most important and largest cultural centers in Germany and Europe. The symbolic place is the Palace Square. Also during October there is an annual beer festival called Cannstatter Volksfest with 7 beer tents where you can taste and enjoy traditional food and local beer.
Día 6 – Stuttgart
On this day we can still enjoy the things that remain of the city. At Stuttgart’s Feuersee, where there is a church next to a lake, we can take a walk and have a coffee. There is also a very nice park in the Killesberg district.
On the way to Munich we will stop in Augsburg to take advantage of another beer festival on our Oktobertour!
Day 7 – Stuttgart – Augsburg* – Munich
On our way to Munich we will make a stop in Augsburg to visit a smaller beer festival!
The biggest party yet! Our last stop in Germany will be in Bavaria, the southernmost region of Germany, famous for its beer and its capital: Munich. It’s time to enjoy, in all its splendor, this Oktobertour, because here you will have everything you need to enjoy the beer festival. Let’s ride the roller coasters and enter a beer tent!

- Oktoberfest has been an important part of Bavarian culture in Munich since 1810. This is where our Oktobertour comes from
- At the Oktoberfest in 1981 people drank so much that the beer in one tent almost ran out and they had to call for help from the tent next door.

Day 8 – Munich
Munich is not only a rich, modern and very lively city, it has a lot of history. So, if time permits, we will stop to visit its cathedral and the Marien Platz with its famous Gothic clock-chime, which has 43 bells and 32 animated figures that dance every morning at 12:00 noon. Munich is also home to the world’s largest and most popular Oktoberfest, which attracts 6 million people every year!
After the afternoon in Munich, we will change country and arrive in Austria, ‘our end of the trip….
Day 9 – Munich – Vienna
You can spend the rest of the day and feel like Princess Sissi in the Schonbrunn Gardens in Vienna. You will be able to contemplate its majestic buildings such as the opera house, the Parliament and many others that will leave you in awe.
Day 10 – Vienna
All good things come to an end. Now you can say that you know Europe and you will have memories of the most beautiful places thanks to the wonderful trip around the continent, with your new friends from half the world.
And after this exciting trip to the Oktoberfest, it’s time to say goodbye… we hope to see you in another Euro-Adventure!

Transport by bus:
Transportation will be by private bus. Important: In this trip, the group may be divided into several buses in case of high demand, so for logistical reasons, Unitrips does not ensure that all travelers take the tour in the same bus. Unitrips will allocate the seats on the buses to the travelers.

Accommodations:
The multiple rooms are from 3 to 9 beds, depending on the availability of the establishment. If you want a double/twin or single room you can book the extra service on the booking form. The cities where we will sleep may vary depending on the availability of the accommodations, without this implying a major change in the course of the program. Unitrips reserves the right to make reservations in nearby cities in case of unavailability.
Tour language:
The main language of the tour will be Spanish. However, translations will be provided as far as possible for English-speaking participants as it is not feasible to conduct the tour in 2 languages simultaneously.
Minimum number of participants:
As this is a group trip, it will be carried out only upon having a minimum of 30 participants per trip. If there are less than 30 participants, the following alternative will be used: Discover Europe by train.
