Day 1 – Venice
Welcome to Italy! We will find ourselves in Venice, one of the most photographed places in the world and we can not be less, prepare the camera because bridges, vaporetti and gondolas are waiting to be immortalized.
We will enjoy the Byzantine influenced art that characterizes the Basilica of San Marco, we will admire the Grand Canal from the Rialto Bridge but if you really want to enjoy this city get lost in its narrow streets and be surprised at every corner.
Day 2 – Venice
Today we will have the whole day to explore this beautiful city.
Optional Activity:
Venice Pack: Access ticket, 2 train tickets, guided city tour, visit to the Murano Glass Master, gondola ride through the canals of Venice.

Did you know…
- The last bridge built in Venice was designed by a Spanish architect: Calatrava.
- Every now and then in Venice a phenomenon called “Acqua Alta” occurs. It causes a sharp rise in the water level in the Venice lagoon, usually lasting about 3 – 4 hours. Depending on the intensity with which it occurs, it can flood, with half a meter of water, most of the historic center.
- No cars, not even bicycles, are allowed in Venice because it is forbidden, and you will even be fined. The only way to move around the city is on foot or by water.
- Although walking around Venice, we have the impression that there are many canals, there are only two, the Grand Canal and the Giudecca Canal. The rest of the small canals that flow between the narrow streets are called rivers.
- The gondolas are black because there is a restriction so that rich Venetians would stop competing to show who had the most decorated and expensive gondola.
Day 3 – Venice – Florence – Montecatini
A beautiful day awaits us today. After breakfast, we will board the bus to go to Florence. There is so much to see in this beautiful city that was the cradle of the Renaissance, the cultural center of the world for several centuries. At the end we will go to Montecatini to rest.
Day 4 – Montecatini – Portofino – Cinque Terre – Montecatini
Good morning! Get your camera ready, incredible landscapes are waiting for you. An intense day of excursion to Portofino and Cinque Terre awaits us. Named a World Heritage Site by Unesco. It consists of five beautiful villages, each different, but all spectacular.
Visiting Cinque Terre is an experience that fills all your senses. You can choose whether to go from one to another by train or walking, you can enjoy the turquoise waters and you will not be able to resist taking thousands of pictures.

Later we will arrive in Siena for a first walk and get lost in its alleys.
Day 6 – Siena – Montalcino – Pienza
New day, new town. On the way to Pienza we will stop in Montalcino, an ancient village, best known for its red wines called “Brunello di Montalcino” which are made with Sangiovese Grosso grapes. Would you try it?
Then we will move on to Pienza to visit the beautiful Renaissance town of Pius II. Don’t forget to taste the delicious Italian gastronomy.

Eighth day of this wonderful trip. Today nothing less than the capital of Italy awaits us: Rome.
But first we will make a stop at the incredible Terme di Saturnia, a natural hot springs with warm water cascades.
Did you know…
The thermal baths of Saturnia are the most famous in Italy, dating back 3,000 years.
No wonder, since these sulfurous waters possess extraordinary beneficial and therapeutic properties.
Legends tell that the Terme di Saturnia originated after Saturn was angry with humans and threw lightning bolts against Mount Amiata, causing sulfurous water to rise.
We will arrive in Rome to rest. Tomorrow we will have the whole day to explore.
