Day 1 – Madrid
Are you ready for the best 1 month Europe Itinerary?
Welcome to Madrid! Start the best Europe 1 month itinerary: Europa Cool. Upon arrival in Madrid you will take the transfer to your accommodation. After check-in and drop off your luggage. We recommend you to go out and explore. The Spanish capital is huge and there is so much to see.
Start with the Madrid de los Austrias, a large area of the capital of Spain corresponding to the medieval layout of the city where you can find the famous Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Oriente along with the Royal Palace, the Sabatini Gardens or the Almudena Cathedral, undoubtedly a set formed by the main attractions of the city.
At night you can take a tour of bars and tapas. Let’s celebrate that the adventure has just begun!
Did you know that…
- Madrid is home to the oldest restaurant in the world! Casa Botín, founded in 1725, is recognized by the Guinness Book of Records.
- The Royal Palace has truly amazing dimensions. With an extension of 135,000 square meters, it is the largest royal palace in Western Europe and, therefore, one of the largest in the world.
- In the Puerta del Sol is the km O, the point from which one begins to measure the distances to all corners of Spain.
- In the Retiro Park is a statue of Satan himself, one of the few representations of the devil in the world and the only one in Spain. It is the Monument of the Fallen Angel and is exactly 666 meters above sea level.

Day 2 – Madrid
Second day of this trip. Today you can choose between having a few more hours to discover Madrid and its charms or choose one of the two optional activities we offer: a trip to Toledo or “release adrenaline” in the Warner Amusement Park.
If you choose to stay in Madrid we recommend you to visit the Retiro Park, known by many as “the Central Park of Madrid”. Nearby is the Atocha Station, inside which you can visit the 11M Monument, a cylindrical structure 11 meters high, dedicated to the victims of the attacks that occurred in Madrid in March 2004.
Within walking distance we also find other very striking monuments such as the Puerta de Alcalá or the Palacio de Comunicaciones, current headquarters of the City Council and undoubtedly one of the most emblematic buildings of the city.
In the afternoon/evening we recommend you to visit one of the terraces of the Spanish capital. Yes, we know the choice is going to be difficult, which one to choose? We recommend La Azotea del Círculo de Bellas Artes or the terrace of Ginkgo Sky Bar.
Day 3 – Madrid -Barcelona
Good morning! You are on the best of the Europe 1 month itinerary. Today after breakfast and check-out. You can visit what you have left pending from Madrid. Do some last shopping, souvenirs, souvenirs and then you will get on a train to Barcelona.

- Barcelona is home to a Statue of Liberty, specifically one of the three original statues. You can see it in the Arús Library, near the Arc de Triomphe. The other two are in New York and Paris.
- The avenue that gathers the main works of the Master Gaudí are in the Passeig de Gracia, and are of the twentieth century. Let yourself be fascinated by the famous Pedrera and Batlló houses.
Day 4 – Barcelona
New day, new city! After breakfast go out to discover Barcelona: from La Sagrada Familia, to Passeig de Gracia, passing by the mythical Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter with its impressive cathedral.

- Gaudi’s famous Sagrada Familia still does not have a concrete completion date. The project is so large and complex that it is still unknown when it will be finished.

Day 5 – Barcelona – Ibiza
Did you walk a lot yesterday? Have a nutritious breakfast, there is still a lot more to do. Today you can visit what you have left of Barcelona and then prepare your things. Head to the airport because today you will be flying to the most party island in the world: Ibiza! Get your swimsuit ready and get ready to live 3 unforgettable days. Tonight you can go to one of the best clubs, you can choose between these: Ushuaia, Pacha, Hi Ibiza, Amnesia. Are you ready?
Day 6 – Ibiza
So, up friends, how did you spend last night? Today you can choose to have a quiet afternoon and tour the island, go on a trip to Formentera, many believe that Formentera’s beaches are among the best in the world and when you get there, you will be of the same opinion. Formentera is a very small island, elongated in shape, with just over 20 kilometers from one end to the other. Almost completely flat, the highest point is found in the cliffs of La Mola Lighthouse, with just 200 meters above the sea.
If you want to enjoy this 1 month Europe itinerary even more, we recommend you to rent a scooter or motorbike to travel from one end of the island to the other.
And at night of course the party continues… We recommend other clubs where you will spend a spectacular night: Privilege, ES Paradis, Bora Bora, Benimussa.

- The oldest hotel in Ibiza is the Gran Hotel Montesol de Vara de Rey, opened in 1933. The hotel was used as a military base during the Spanish Civil War.

Day 7 – Ibiza
1st week of the Europe 1 Month Itinerary completed!
Good morning! We hope you have put on sunscreen and are not suffering from sunburn, there is still a long way to go on this 1 month Europe itinerary.
Today you can go to Cala Bassa, which is one of the best coves in Ibiza, usually awarded with blue flag due to the incredible clarity and blue color of the water here. In addition, due to the slight slope that we find in the first meters of the beach, the water of this beach usually has a warm temperature, so the sea invites you to enter and take a dip.
Or stay at the hotel and rest for a while, and at night? You guessed it, more parties! It’s your last night on the island, so make the most of every second.

Day 8 – Ibiza – Rome
Eighth day of this amazing trip. Today is a new country for you: Italy. After breakfast, pack your luggage, don’t forget anything and head to the airport. You will board a plane to Rome.
Benvenutto! After checking in at your accommodation and getting some rest. Get ready and prepare your stomach, because you will want to eat everything. Start by tasting a typical Italian pizza and for dessert a tiramisu.
Day 9 – Rome
Rome is known as the “Eternal City” and everything has its explanation. In this city time seems to have stopped centuries ago due to the multitude of monuments and remains of imposing buildings. This makes a stroll through its streets a journey back in time to the capital’s heyday of maximum splendor.
The capital of Italy and ancient “Caput Mundi” awaits us with its thousands of years of history. There are plenty of reasons to visit Rome, to be captivated by the city and wish to return to it, such as the gastronomy and its lively atmosphere are some of them. Before going to bed, stroll through its streets and savor the Italian cuisine in a typical Roman “osteria” or have a gelato…

- In St. Peter’s Cathedral in Rome, you can find stars on the marble pavement, right in the middle of an aisle that runs along the central nave. What they represent are the length of various Catholic temples in the world.
- In Rome there is the Bocca Della Veritá, in Sta. Maria in Cosmedin, the most famous manhole in the world. According to legend, whoever puts his hand in the mouth and tells a lie, it will bite him. Are you up for it?
Day 10 – Rome – Pisa
Up friends! Today in this 1 month Europe itinerary you will leave for Pisa, the small university town, the ancient sea power of the Middle Ages, to admire the most famous tower in the world, which with its inclination has amazed everyone for 1,000 years: the Tower of Pisa.
If you still have energy left, I recommend going out to discover the night world of this city. Remember that Pisa is a university town, with many exchange and Erasmus students.
Day 11 – Pisa – Cinque Terre
Today you will know a unique place in the world: Cinque Terre 5 small villages with houses of all colors, nestled between green mountains and ending in the bluest sea you’ve ever seen! A place where pollution has hardly made a dent. There are few cars and the way to go from one village to another is on foot or in a spectacular little train that passes along the sea.
Day 12 – Pisa – Florence
“Buongiorno Principessa” said Benigni, an actor from Florence, in the movie “Life is Beautiful”.
Did you sleep well? Today it’s time to explore a new part of La Bella Toscana, none other than: Florence. You will take a train from Pisa to reach the cradle of the Renaissance. Today you can visit many works of art of these authors in the Uffizi museum, or if you do not feel like being in a museum, you can stroll through the hills of Florence. From there you can see the mythical dome of Brunelleschi, which dominates the whole city.
You can not leave here without visiting the Cathedral of Santa Maria in Fiore and climb the famous dome, it has 436 steps. You will have spectacular views of the city. Walk along the Ponte Vecchio and the views of the Arno River. Get lost in all the little streets of the city, everything looks like a postcard. A must is to go and watch the sunset at Piazzale Michelangelo, according to many the most beautiful sunset they have ever seen in their lives.
Day 13 – Florence – Venice
After admiring this small city with more than 3000 years of history, you will continue your journey and head to another jewel of Italian architecture: Venice.
Venice had the honor of being one of the most powerful, rich and populated cities for many centuries, dominating the Mediterranean and eastern trade routes, and its art reflects the Byzantine and Asian influence that Marco Polo told us about.
Day 14 – Venice
Continue to fall in love with this city that could be a museum of extraordinary dimensions. Venice is one of the most photographed places in the world, and you can not be less, take out your camera because bridges, vaporetti and gondolas are waiting to be immortalized.
Enjoy the Byzantine influenced art that characterizes the Basilica of San Marco, you can admire the Grand Canal from the Rialto Bridge but if you really want to enjoy this city get lost in its narrow streets and surprise yourself at every corner.

- The last bridge built in Venice was designed by a Spanish architect: Calatrava.
- Every now and then in Venice a phenomenon called “Acqua Alta” occurs. It causes a sharp rise in the water level in the Venice lagoon, usually lasting about 3 – 4 hours. Depending on the intensity with which it occurs, it can flood, with half a meter of water, most of the historic center.
- No cars, not even bicycles, are allowed in Venice because it is forbidden, and you will even be fined. The only way to move around the city is on foot or by water.
- Although walking around Venice, we have the impression that there are many canals, there are only two, the Grand Canal and the Giudecca Canal. The rest of the small canals that flow between the narrow streets are called rivers.
Day 15 – Venice – Budapest
Good morning! Today you will get to know a new country. After breakfast you can make a last visit to the city and continue the journey to Hungary, prepare some snacks because the road is long. You will arrive in Budapest in the afternoon for a first sightseeing tour.
Day 16 – Budapest
A new day in this 1 month Europe itinerary: Today a new country: Hungary! You will get to know the city of Budapest, born from the unification of two cities, Buda and Pest, after the construction of the mythical Chain Bridge.
Since the fall of the Berlin Wall, Hungary and its capital have experienced an impressive development, and every year they receive more and more tourists, especially young people, attracted by the festivals and the nightlife of the Ruins Bar.

- Wizz-Air, the second Low cost company in Europe is Hungarian… that’s why it is easy to find cheap flights to Budapest.
- The first Ruins Bar to open in Budapest is called Szimpla Kert.
Day 17 – Budapest – Prague

Today on this 1 month Europe itinerary you will leave the Hungarian capital behind, to head to the heart of the Czech Republic and its capital Prague.

Day 18 – Prague
Enjoy strolling through the Old Town… You can go to Wenceslas Square, universally known for being the scene of the “Prague Spring”, discover the most famous astronomical clock in the world, and cross the Vltava River by St. Charles Bridge. Famous for its 30 baroque sculptures, we will arrive at the foot of the largest castle in the world, where a world reference of literature lived: Kafka.
Still have energy? Then you still have to discover the New Town, also of medieval origin, and the old Jewish Quarter.

Day 19 – Prague – Paris

Are you having a good time? There is still a lot to discover. Today you’ll take a plane to the French capital – Paris awaits you! The city of lights.
Day 20 – Paris
An intense day in the “Ville Lumiere” awaits you, so wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking to do today. Start at Notre Dame, the grand Madame de Paris, and pass by Pont Neuf, admire the river of Paris, The Seine, walk past the museum that exhibits the world’s most famous painting, Leonardo da Vinci’s La Gioconda.
Of course, end the walk at the most famous tower, the Tour Eiffel, the most representative icon of the French capital, which has become the most sold keychain in the world.

- The Eiffel Tower is 18 cm higher in summer due to the expansion of iron.
- Do you know why Paris is called the City of Light? Because there were many robberies in it, then its mayor had candles put in the windows until the gas lamps were placed, being the first city illuminated in this way.

Good morning! Do you speak english? Today you will go to England by train. Are you ready? You will get to know London and all that this beautiful city has to offer.
Day 23 – London
Welcome to London! Today you have the option to tour around London and visit the most touristic places like Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, of course, the English “Times Square”: Piccadilly Circus, if you want a more under the radar, you can go to Camden Market, at night take a walk to see the nightlife and then go for dinner.
In the evening take a stroll to see the nightlife and then go for dinner, do you dare to try the classic Fish & Chips?

Day 24 – London
Get ready for a busy day ahead! If you are up for it you can try the classic English breakfast which is based on: coffee of course, sausages, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, toast, mushrooms and beans with tomato. Does that sound like a lot?
If you want to know a little more about London, you can pay a visit to Oxford, the “city of dreaming spires”, whose quiet courtyards and elegant old buildings have inspired generations of students. You can visit Christchurch College, where Albert Einstein studied and scenes from Harry Potter were filmed.
Day 25 – London
After breakfast and check out, check your suitcase, don’t forget anything. Do you have all your souvenirs?
