Northern Spain: Galicia

Good Morning Unitrippers!! We are going to the greenest and nature rich zone in Spain… Galicia. We will get on the bus in Madrid and head straight to some thermal pools of different temperatures to relax after the journey. After we will head straight to our 4**** hotel to check in, eat, and have some free time before heading to the centre of the city to have a visit with official tour guides of the city of Santiago de Compostela. There we will see the third most important cathedral in the world!

In the evening we have tickets to clubs included and we will be able to party with Erasmus and international students studying there.

Today we will head to another city… A Coruña. We will eat breakfast in the hotel and head straight to La Coruña, where we have th eopportunity of another guided visit, starting with the Tower of Hercules. We will end the tou in the María Pita Square and after we will have some free time to eat and to enjoy the gastronomy of the zone.

Today we will head back on the bus once again and drive to the city of Baiona. We will have a route through the city, see the “Pinta” (a replica of one of the vessels that discovered America), and we will enjoy the beach and its incredible views!

In the late afternoon we will make our final stop of the trip to see the Virgen de la Roca, in Baiona. After a few photographs and a talk about the monument we will head back to where we started… Madrid.
